Custom shirt orders that are non-refundable. All steps have been taken to assure your order is the way you requested before it goes into production. Changes have to be made before printing starts. Changes to artwork/ placment/ shirt style & color need to be made in pre-production.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website, or contact us through Printavo (the invoice software we use). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When you're returning items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
